"The site itself was easy to get..."
The site itself was easy to get around, but the payment part really annoyed me. I expected more options, like PayPal or some kind of better split payment setup, but it felt way too limited.
that kind of thing makes me lose trust a bit. If checkout feels restrictive or inconvenient, I start wondering what else might be a hassle later. I almost backed out before finishing, and I’d feel a lot better about using them again if they added more flexible ways to pay.

"Canceling Took More Effort Than It Should’ve"
I tried to cancel and it was way more confusing than I expected. Maybe I missed something, but it didn’t feel very clear, and I ended up going back and forth a few times before getting it sorted. It’s not like it ruined my day or anything, but for something as simple as canceling, it felt unnecessarily annoying.

I tried to use it, but since I’m renting, I wasn’t eligible. So yeah, kind of not great for people like me who don’t own a place.
"Identity check felt like a bit of a hassle"
The identity verification took way longer than I thought it would. I uploaded my documents, then they asked me for extra info without really explaining why. The site also kept making me go back and re-check details, which got annoying after a while. I’m not sure, but it almost felt like their system wasn’t reading my uploads properly or something.
Support did eventually reply, but it was slower than I expected and some of the messages felt a bit copy-pasted. I got through it in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest first experience...

"Had to Guess What Was Going On"
I wasn’t expecting constant updates or anything, and I get that things can get busy, but the whole process left me feeling a bit unsure. A lot of the replies I got were kind of vague, and I had to read between the lines more than I would’ve liked. In the end, the biggest issue was just that the communication wasn’t very clear, and some responses felt a little dodgy.

"Not Really Worth the Price"
I wanted to like it more, but after trying it out I just kept feeling like the price was too high for what you actually get, and while it wasn’t terrible or anything, it didn’t really impress me enough to make me feel like I’d buy it again or recommend it to someone without warning them first

"Emails could be more useful"
I was kind of hoping the email notifications would make it easier to stay on top of things, but they didn’t really do that for me. A lot of them seemed to show up a bit late or didn’t give enough detail, so I still ended up logging in just to figure out what was actually happening.
Some of the emails were fine, like the confirmation ones, but the rest felt a little hit or miss. I wouldn’t say they were awful or anything, just... not as helpful as I expected

"Getting proof of insurance was way harder than it should’ve been"
I needed my proof of insurance quickly, but it turned into a whole hassle. The website kept sending me in circles, and every time I thought I found the right place, it was another dead end. What made it more annoying was getting the usual “it’s our policy” type excuse instead of actual help. For something that should be simple, it took way too long.

"Simple changes were harder than expected"
I only needed to update a couple of details on my policy, it turned into way more hassle than I expected. To be fair, the people I dealt with weren’t rude or anything, but the whole process felt rigid and slow. It was weird because it seemed like such a simple request, yet I still had to go back and forth a few times. I wouldn’t say it was the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t use them again

"Mobile site is such a hassle"
I tried using Urban Jungle on my phone it drove me up the wall. The pages kept shifting around while I was trying to read or tap something, the buttons were way too small, and half the time it felt like the site just ignored me unless I tapped twice.
Getting a quote took forever for no good reason. I’d fill things in, wait for the next bit to load, and then the form froze on me once and wiped what I’d already typed. At that point I was just sitting there wondering why this needed to be so difficult.
Maybe the desktop version is better, I don’t know, but the mobile site felt really unfinished. I was trying to do something simple and ended up giving up because it was more frustrating than it was worth...

I put in a claim and it just dragged on for weeks. I kept having to chase them for updates, which was so draining, and whenever they did reply it was vague and not helpful. It really felt like they were just hoping I’d give up so they wouldn’t have to pay out. The whole thing wasted so much of my time and energy. I wouldn’t use Urban Jungle again

The self service works fine overall, though it can be a bit confusing at times. I mostly managed to figure it out, but I still ended up waiting in a queue longer than I expected, which was frustrating

I had to reread the policy details twice just to feel sure I understood everything correctly. It wasn’t terrible, but I do wish it was a bit clearer or more reassuring upfront so I didn’t have to second-guess myself.

Using the site was straightforward, so no complaints there. But the quote I got at first was way lower than what it ended up being after I added all my details. I know prices can change once everything is entered, but the jump felt a little misleading. Not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating :/

It took a little while to get a reply, which made me a bit unsure at first because I just wanted to know someone was looking into it. In the end, they did sort it out, so I felt better once everything was resolved.

Got my account set up easily. No big issues there. But finding my policy docs? Not super clear. Updating details took a bit too. Pages loaded fine. Just not always obvious where to go next. It works. Just feels like the online area could be smoother.
